It's absolutely no use, you hear me, NO USE having players with incredible charaterization, great plotting ideas, and awesome backstory if you NEVER POST.
You lot have two more weeks. If you haven't at least dropped by with a word of explanation by then, I WILL PUT YOUR CHARACTERS UP FOR RECASTING. I don't want to do it, but I will if I have to. And I think two weeks is a pretty generous timeframe.
Also, it should be noted, the following player(s) are considered "on probation," as it were (not yet under the two-week rule):
(You've promised to post... please come through.)
Players who have been rather scarce but have still posted recently and would nonetheless be advised not to make me go bitch!mod on their arses:
If this keeps up, I may be forced to institute rules for how often characters are required to post/comment to remain in the game. I don't want to– it shouldn't have to be a chore, y'all– but I may have no choice. And if you're going to be gone for extended amounts of time, then please have the courtesy to make a post on Improper Talk to let me/your fellow players know that you're gone and when you'll be back. Ideally, you might also come up with an in-game excuse and post it beforehand.
I'm not asking much. Ten minutes of your time to comment on someone's post or make a quick one of your own on a semi-regular basis. If I managed to be on for a little while EVERY DAY of tech week for Guys and Dolls (when I didn't get home until 9:30 every night), plus the performance days, I think you lot can handle a few minutes now and then. It's really not that hard.
You know I love you all... that is why I WANT YOU HERE. Ok?
Sorry for the Bitch!modliness, but it really puts a bit of a damper on things if five of our players are nowhere to be found and others are only rarely around.
Please, guys, I want this to be FUN. And if you can't handle or no longer want a role, then let me give it to someone who does and will enjoy it.
